Le Clos Celebrated by Spirited Asia as a Sanctuary for French Wine Enthusiasts in New Bahru

May 13, 2025 1 min read

Spirited Asia lauds Le Clos for its extensive French wine collection and classic bistro fare in Singapore's vibrant New Bahru district.

We are honoured to share that Le Clos has been featured in Spirited Asia as a distinguished French brasserie and wine bar in New Bahru, Singapore.

Described as a "cloister consecrated to French wine," Le Clos boasts an impressive, temperature-controlled wine cellar housing over 800 labels from France's most iconic wine regions, including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, the Loire Valley, and the Rhône.

Our founder, Jean-Christophe Cadoret, also behind Galiena Fine Wines, has curated this extensive selection, offering patrons a journey through France's diverse terroirs.

Beyond our wine offerings, Le Clos presents a menu of classic French comfort dishes. Guests can indulge in Brittany oysters, garlic-parsley escargots, Alsatian tarte flambée, steak frites, and Morisseau mussels in Vin Jaune marinière. For those seeking Mediterranean flavours, options like lamb tenderloin skewers and the chorizo-laden Croq’ Basque are available.

The ambiance at Le Clos combines contemporary tropical design with colonial French sensibilities, featuring colourful pop art and an alfresco terrace, creating a unique dining experience in the heart of New Bahru.

We extend our gratitude to Spirited Asia for this recognition and to our patrons for their continued support.
